Betker Mechanical was contacted by one of its Previous customers to come and perform a cost analysis to repair or replace this conveyor that had fallen more then 40 feet from where it hangs. We teamed up with engineers and came up with a cost effective and long-lasting plan to repair this conveyor due to a new one being worth over 450,000 dollars. We had a skilled team of fabricators, welders, millwrights and engineers onsite for just over 10 days work on this unit. We cut of the last 20 feet of the conveyor and built a brand-new section. We also rebuilt the cradle for the conveyor to hang from. This repair had zero issues and is as strong as new and still performs to this day just as good as new.
